This case began in 2010. From the first session, vaporization of the syringomas with primary closure with microsuture was chosen because vaporization without primary closure would leave sunken or hypochromic areas. Suture closure benefits the postoperative period because an open wound causes scabs and increased inflammation. Two additional sessions were performed over a period of 3 years, completing the entire procedure.
