Hematomas are a common complication of medical procedures.
It is true that they take a few days to disappear, but sometimes they are very noticeable. In the following case, almost complete dissolution of the hematoma on the treated left side was achieved on the fourth day.
Fraxel 1550 ® laser was used. The right side was not treated and the hematoma was visible on the sixth day.
Clearing of the hematoma on the right side on day 6 was immediate, because it was less dense.
