TECHNIQUE WITH LASER CO2 FOR ATTENUATE STRETCH MARKS

Se obtuvo respuesta con técnica manual fraccionada

The CO2 laser technique to reduce stretch marks often gives disappointing results.

In general, I have seen greater results with the manual use of the laser, adding hyaluronic acid to the therapy.

Adrian Rios, MD

Fractional laser stretch mark treatment seeks to stimulate the skin to restore the level affected by skin stretching during pregnancy.

The present case was treated in the first year after delivery with a manual fractional technique with gel assisted with CO2 laser.

The patient was instructed to undergo controlled sun exposure once the initial period of erythema had subsided.

The photographs below taken 13 months after the session show a great improvement in texture and even better re-pigmentation of the stretch mark beds.
